We commit to those embarking on the transformative journey from addiction and homelessness to stability, recognizing the importance of sustained, comprehensive support during this critical phase. Our mission is to empower these individuals, fostering hope and providing the cornerstone for a productive future.
Home Run Housing is dedicated to empowering individuals embarking on a new chapter after substance abuse treatment. We fulfill this mission by raising funds for essential case management programs, specifically for those in need of financial assistance. The 18-24 month case management program, a staple within the sober living homes we partner with, is critical for the recovery and reintegration process. Our commitment to these programs ensures they are accessible to all, underscoring our deep investment in the individual recovery journeys.
We provide temporary scholarships for residents in sober living facilities, aiding their transition to financial independence. These scholarships contribute to a stable and nurturing environment where residents can develop the crucial skills for self-reliance. We mandate that our sober living partners, who are adept in administering these programs, provide these indispensable services.
Our collaborative efforts are geared towards fostering each individual’s capacity to positively impact the community. This work is carried out with heartfelt compassion and a collaborative spirit, rooted in our firm belief in the transformative potential of second chances and the enduring power of comprehensive support
What We Do
Each MLB team will have an ambassador, who attends all 162 games. The home and visiting team ambassadors meet at the games and exchange experiences and capture stadium highlights, sharing these moments with their team’s fanbase via social media. Alongside hosting contests and activities for our nonprofit followers, their main aim is to collaborate with baseball fans and sponsors to back housing initiatives for the homeless.
